BRITISH TELECOM has ordered another 2,047 vans from a BL subsidiary, within weeks of its 2,500 van order for Freight Rover Sharpas.
This time, the order is for Morris Rai 440 car-derived vans which will be built between September and the spring of 1983. It is said to be worth £8.35m at showroom prices.
In July, Morris won a £4.7m order for Rai vans for the Post Office.
