Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IF BEFORE testing the Fiat Daily van Bill Brock had made reference to the driver's handbook, he would have been aware that to release the bonnet safety catch, access is gained through special aperatures in the grill and not "Through the narrow gap between the bonnet and the top of the grill surround".

When examining the diesel engine, he would have seen that the engine pre-heat device consisted of a heater plug sited in each of the four precombustion chambers in the cylinder head and not, as he stated, "a manifold heater".

Errors of this type, in my mind, sadly detract from the validity of any vehicle assessment and road test.
