Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE international organization for refrigerated road vehicles, Transfrigoroute Europe, now has member associations in Belgium. Federal Republic of Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Individual hauliers are also affiliated to the organization in Denmark, Finland, Italy, Yugoslavia, Norway, Turkey and Great Britain, As a result of recent expansion of Transfrigoroute it now covers more than 600 refrigerated vehicles.

Among the operational advantages offered to members are inter-working, establishments and technical depots for mutual assistance, co-operative buying arrangements

for spare parts, dry ice and refrigerated equipment, and the maintenance of a network of petrol and oil supply points.

The organization has also published an Inter-Europe index which constitutes a technical reference book for refrigerated-vehicle operators covering specialized equipment and manufacturers. The minimum requirements for the forming of a national group is three to four operators and it would seem therefore that the international group of the Road Haulage Association has missed out on this. There must be at least seven members of the RHA operating refrigerated vehicles regularly to and from the Continent.
