This maker's .special brands of tires are all on show, and not the least interesting portion of this exhibit is a number of solid band tires which have achieved remarkable mileages on motorvans belonging to Carter-Paterson and to Selfridge. The sizes go up to 1,23 mm. by 140 nun.

Fastnut (282.

No show or exhibition would be complete withoutEason-Ws little stand. As usual, a comprehensive display is made of the various specialities which are marketed by Fastnut, Ltd., of 60, Aldermanburv, London, E.C. These include : Fast-nut " washers ; " Setfast washers ; " Fastnut " spanners ; and " Fa.stlit " wrenches.

Any visitor to the show who wants cc " talk oils and greases " will advisedly call and see Mr. E. Shackleton. who is in charge of the interests of Price's Patent Candle Co., Ltd., of Belmout Works, Battersea, London, S.W.—see, also, page 537. Amongst other intiresting things in this gentleman's charge, there is a number of standard oil-testing devices, and a Tangye oil-engine driving a small generator which is supplying current for the lightitm of the stand.

"Shell" Spirit (1).

Once again the British Petroleum Co., Ltd., of 22, Penrhurch Street, E.C., has secured Stand No. 1, and this is used further to familiarize the public eye with the sight of packages of " " Crown." and " Swan " spirit. The stand is prettily decorated with typical devices, and " Shell " predominates.

To attempt to review, with anything like completeness; the very-large variety of exhibits staged by the premier engineers' supply-merchants, W. H. Willcox and Co., Ltd., of 23-56, Southwark Street, London. SE.. is entirely beyond the scope of this present notice.It must suffice to state that inspection of this stand once again revealed the fact that :1»yr:ne, who uses machinery of any sort whatever, would be" hard put to it to mr.d an order to Willcox, for anything in the nature of engineers' stores, which it would be beyond the resources of that house to fulfil. Packings, jointings, beltings. engine fittings, -boiler mountings. portable shop plant, lifting tackle. pumps, water lifters, injector's, and wirebound hose—these are a few only of the hundred and one samples winch are to he seen.

All uf the, above exhibitors are showing supplies which are of interest to the commercial-motor user. Amongst the specialities for which they are responsible are: motor jacks ; timber : tarpaulins ; sheetings and waterproofs ; storage batteries ; and lighting sets.
