Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Knapen trailer into service with a Cargofloor moving floor. The company is a pioneer of using moving-floor trailers in the UK to transport newsprint and other clean waste and now has more than 30 in its fleet.

The waste industry is getting more competitive, says operations director Malcom Shovelton, although the customer base is also expanding at the same time.

"The recycling industry is expanding rapidly and that is pushing up demand for moving-floor trailers," he says.

RD Willlams has been a long-term user of Stas trailers, but it has just put its first Knapen trailer into service. This follows the decision which was taken by Stas importer Newton Commercials to switch its allegiance to Fruehauf Trailers.

"Stas makes a good trailer, but there is uncertainty about what is going to happen with service support. Reliable service is a priority in our business," says Shovelton.

Shovelton may have switched trailer builders, but he is remaining loyal to the Cargofloor moving-floor system.

"We never have any trouble with them," he reports. We check the valves and seals regularly, and we suffer occasional damage to a plank."

"Cargofloor can usually supply replacement parts within 24 hours . We've just sold a 12-year-old trailer and all we've had to do is replace the seals."
