He was granted a road service licence to run the proposed service last April, but the service was never started, and on December 13 Mr. Cook was asked by the Yorkshire Traffic Commissioners to appear before them in Leeds to show cause why the licence should not be revoked, when Mr. Cook explained there had been difficulty in arranging the needed capital.
