• RTZ has added two latestdesign Boalloy Tautliner model 270 trailers to its small fleet. These provide full side access via frontal sliding curtain tracking.
The front curtain tensioning poles lock in at the centre of the front bulkhead while the rear one sits at the front corner. With the curtain hem and strap hooks raised clear of the slider plate, the open trailer can be manoeuvred in yard without any tangling of the tractor chassis fittings.
A special Whiting wide latl shutter secures at different heights to allow for any protrusions of longer loads.
Boalloy is currently workir on a Chabiolet, open-topped version to give the 270 trailer even greater versatility.
