/ Commercial vehicle sales in the first month of 1991 were down 30% on January last year, according to the latest figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.
Leyland Daf sold 613 trucks in January; Mercedes, 574; Iveco Ford, 566, Volvo, 314, MAN, 197, Renault, 191, Seania, 180; ERF, 131; AWD, 88; Seddon Atkinson, 65; Foden, 46; Dennis, 36 and Hino, nine.
