Bruhn's taximeter was the first, and it is consequently the oldest, form of fare indicator which has proved a success'Irom the beginning of its career. The universal application of this company's recording device is evidenced by the fact that it is being used on machines all over the world.

The Bruhn taximeter can, of course, be adapted for any country and any coinage. When, however, placing an order from Overseas it is as well to give the following details :—Make of machine, size of tires, number of spokes in nearside front wheel, and the tariff required, i.e., charge per hour and the unit of increase required.
