LN agreement has been concluded between 31. Cargo Distributors Ltd., principal istralian subsidiary of Transport Developnt Group, and Thomas Nationwide import Ltd. of Sydney, which will bring nit a major rationalization of overlapping, I hitherto competing, inter-state transport vices in Australia. At the same time it es Transport Development Group a )stantial interest in TNT, a thriving and )anding public company.
TNT operates the largest inter-state warding business in Australia and has rehousing and distribution services oughout that continent.
Mr. W. Fraser and Mr. J. B. Duncan, xtors of Transport Development cup, are joining the board of TNT.
