IT was decided last week by Norfolk 1 County Council to proceed with' a scheme to bay stretches of the old 180mile-long Midland and Great Northern Railway line from the British Transport Commission. It is proposed to build roads over the old track in an effort to provide a better link between the Midlands and the north Norfolk coast and parts of the Broads.
