'THE A licence of Messrs. G. Plant, 1 Macclesfield, was suspended for three months by Mr. A. H. Jolliffe, North Western Deputy Licensing Authority, at Manchester last week, following an earlier hearing (The Commercial. Motor, September 25).
Mr. Jolliffe said that he was satisfied that there was sufficient evidence of need and the licence would be renewed after three months. He considered that there had been a substantial removal from the declared user and suspension was necessary.
