Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IPERATIONAL figures presented by Bulk Liquid Transport, Ltd., did not 'fain all the information required by objectors; the company were told en they appeared before Mr. J. H. A. ndolph, Yorkshire Deputy Licensing thority, at Leeds on Monday. Their dication for a substantive A licence Continental operation was being conred. They were at present operating a ntinental service with six articulated fits on a short-term licence.

Ir. A. Goss, for the applicants, pointed that the case had been adjourned ,ause the objectors had not been supxl with copies of the figures. They it had this information in full detail. dr. A. W. Babe, objecting for B.R.S.

(Pickfords), Ltd., declared that details of the special-A vehicles working on Continental traffic were not included in the figures. Mr. Skelly, manager of Bulk Liquid Transport, said that they had not been asked to produce these and he thought the figures submitted gave a good general outline of the organization.

"It is wrong," intervened Mr. Goss, "to say that there has been any deliberate exclusion of details regarding the earnings of the special-A vehicles."

Mr. Balne said that the figures served no useful purpose and he would need more information. Mr. Goss stated that he would produce the necessary figures to help the objectors and asked for another adjournment.
