Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AT a ceremony at the Charlton Athletic football ground last Friday, Mr. F. Penfold, managing director of Penfold Motors, Ltd., Burnt Ash Road, London, S.E.12, handed over a new Bedford-Duple coach for use by the players to Mr. Stanley Gliksten, chairman of the club. It is io be employed when Charlton Athletic teams are playing within reasonable distance of the home ground, and to

take the teams on weekday journeys for training, recreational and other purposes.

Finished in the club colours of red and white, the coach is luxuriously appointed for the conveyance of 20 passengers. All the seats,, except those in the back row, are separate and adjustable, and ale arranged in pairs on the off side and singly on the near side. Two sets of seats at the back of the

coach face to the rear, enabling two veneered folding tables to be fitted for use on longer journeys.

A new system of interior heating has been fitted in the 'coach, incorporating two Clayton heaters, one feeding air from the low bulkhead at the front, and one providing warm air from a grille beneath the rear row of seats. Four demister slits are concealed in the dash moulding. As in the standard Duple Vega body, the air intakes for the heating and ventilating system are located above the D-shaped side windows alongside the windscreen. A Radiomobile radio set. and three speakers are also fitted.. There is no public address equipment, however.

Veneered Finishers

Four large curved cant panels ensure adequate upward vision and good internal illumination. The full-length luggage racks are of tubular construction, and two extractor ventilators are situated in front of and behind the sliding roof respectively. Window mouldings have an imitation veneer finish, and a veneered inlay panel is used in the roof. The metal dash and engine cover are also given an imitation veneered finish.

The day after its delivery, the coach carried out its first assignment, taking the second team to an away match. Identifiable by the club" coat of arms" -on the body sides, the coach will no doubt be a familiar sight at football grounds this winter.
