• The TO will look at possible disciplinary action against JD Commercials, based in Stoke-on-Trent, as well as the transport manager's repute at a PI on 9 May.
Bristol • At a PI on 10 May, Gillingham-based Allen James will lodge a variation application. The TO will hear an objection against the application, and consider attaching conditions.
• On 13 May at a PI, the TC will look at disciplinary action against Portsmouth-based W Sibley and Son. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• An inquiry on 13 May will consider disciplinary action against David John Venables trading as Brunel Skip Services, based in Saltash, and the transport manager's repute. Meanwhile, Brunel Skips Limited will make a new application at a PI on 13 May.
• ANA Removals, which is based in Westbury, will attend a PI on 21 May, at which disciplinary action will be discussed.
