Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Reefer operator RJ Llewellin International Transport has launched a website listing specialist backloads. Operators simply enter their details on the Coolload website and specify the areas they cover. When a load is posted details are sent via an SMS text message and/or e-mail to all the firms signed up for that route.

Owner Roland Llewellin says he has spent hours on the phone or freight sites looking for loads or available vehicles but this is time consuming and the information is often out of date. The Coolload site means drivers can instantly find out about loads that may be available locally or on their return journey. "Despite only having 4.0 companies registered it has already proved successful," he says. "Over the coming months we Intend to increase membership to between 200 and 400 members, with 2,000 to 4,000 refrigerated vehicles."
