Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Contracts Division of Tate and Lyle Distribution Services (TLDS) has won a new dedicated distribution contract with Watney Mann National Sales (WMNS), the take-home drinks division of Watley Mann and Tnimans Brewers.

The contract, which will create around 80 jobs, means that TLDS will be handling WMNS's warehousing and distributionn operations in East Anglia, Greater London and the entire south coast east of the Solent. TLDS already provides warehousing and distribution services to WMNS in the north of England (via Brighouse), and in the South West and South Wales (via Avonmouth).

For the contract the Contractors Division has acquired 9,290m2 of new warehousing and office space in Enfield and is establishing link sites in Norfolk, South London and Southampton. It has also taken delivery of 40 new 16tonne curtainsiders, and a number of tractive units and specialist light vans for inner City use.

Managing director Tony Stenton says that although the core operation will be dedicated to Watney Mann warehousing and distribution, services based on the Enfield site will be offered to other third-party clients.
