Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LAST MONTH, I disclosed the fact that a new hopper/tipper container was to be displayed at the Ports and Terminals Exhibition, York Trailers built both the skeletal and the container, and York's new container "troubleshooter", Peter Jeffcock, was very much in evidence showing his company's new brainchild to old road haulage colleagues (Jeffcock once headed Econofreight Transport, and was RHA sub-area chairman in the North of England). One who showed particular interest was Bob Durham, founder of R. Durham and Sons, Middlesbrough. Ever "on the ball", Bob was no doubt sizing up the dual-purpose container outfit for possible use with his large tipper fleets.
