Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Four new Albion Chieftain I 5-ton-gross four-wheelers ordered by Heavy Transport (ECC), Par, Cornwall, are to be equipped with Centrax StopMaster twin-wedge brake units before delivery. The conversion will be carried out by Steel's Commercials Ltd. of Bristol.

The decision to have the Stopmaster brakes fitted was taken after long-term tests on two Albions converted in Heavy Transport's own workshops. Factors were the reduced weight —there is a saving of 50Ib per wheel —and the full sealing of the actuators which avoids difficulties arising from the transport of china clay.
