Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Free bus services were introduced by the Port of London Authority on Monday. April 28, serving the Royal Docks (two routes) and Tilbury Docks. These internal services are operated by City Coach Lines (Upminster) Ltd., the Tilbury service being the first bus route to serve these docks. The service provided inside the Royal Docks by London Transport was withdrawn on April 25.

• Each of the six companies in the Northern Bus Group are receiving a share of 50 new buses and coaches now going into service. The vehicles are finished inside in the psychedelic "Northern Rose" scheme first seen on a Marshall Camairbodied Leyland Panther at Earls Court last year, and comprise 15 rear-engined double-deckers (12 Daimler, 3 Leyland). 10 Leopard single-deck coaches (all with Alexander bodies) and 25 Panthers with Camair bodies. Illustrations showing the prototype Camair and one of the Fleetlines in service appeared in CM April 11.

• The first residential training course in the country for bus inspectors was organized at Weston-super-Mare by the Bristol Omnibus Co. Ltd. Fifteen inspectors attended the course, which is to be extended to other parts of the country.

• London Transport announces that an order worth almost E-i-rn has been placed with International Computers Ltd. for a new ICL 1904E computer and associated equipment as part of a plan to extend considerably work already handled by computers.
