• Drawlane subsidiary North Western, which runs services in Merseyside and Greater Manchester, has moved its headquarters from Bootle to Liverpool. The new Love Lane base has been bought from the National Bus Company after its previous tenant, Crosville Motor Services, abandoned the site early in 1987. Drawlane has just bought Crosville (CM 23 February-1 March).
North Western has introduced two city centre minibus routes to Huyton to replace defunct Crosville routes.
