Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Don-Bur and Harris Road Services have collaborated in the development of a new trailer, the Coilmaster, designed for the transport of high-value treated steel.

The trailers can carry up to 26,700kg of coiled, high-grade steel. Weather protection is provided by a one-piece retractable canopy cover made of PVC-coated polyester, which runs on a curve-topped aluminium frame.

The first five Coilmasters are being used by Harris Road Services based at Urmston to carry steel from British Steel's plant at Shotton. The weight efficient trailers are fitted with SAF tri-axle running gear and air suspension.

One unusual aspect of the Coilmaster design is a separate drip sheet built into the canopy to prevent condensation from spoiling the load.
