Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A DISPUTE involving Ansells brewery draymen last weekend has so far cost the firm five million pints of undelivered beer.

The company withdrew E6.50 productivity payments to 1,000 of its Birmingham workers who, it says, were not honouring their agreement to commission new plant.

Ansells, part of Allied Breweries, estimates that it paid -£200,000 to the draymen under the agreement which took effect from September 1977.

The draymen, members of the Transport and General Workers Union, refused to work overtime over the bank holiday weekend which, in the West Midlands, lasted from Saturday until Tuesday.

Prior to this, according to the company, the staff had "been working without enthusiasm," and this led to a huge backlog in deliveries which will take several days to be overcome.

Although the dispute has not been resolved, Ansell's does not know whether the draymen will impose further sanctions.
