Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 15W VHF AM radio-telephone has been announced by Ultra Electronics Ltd for use in any new or existing AM mobile communication system. Forming part of the Lion range, it has been designed for dash mounting in the vehicle. It is fully transistorized and is designed to meet Post Office requirements. Up to 10 channels are available, and a 15W public-address system is optional. All controls are mounted on the front panel, including on /off switch volume control, mute control and public address /radio selector switch. The microphone is of a noise-cancelling type with a magnetic pad for convenient attachment to steel surfaces.

A 25W all-transistorized base station has been developed to complement the new mobile unit. A talk-through facility is provided for users who have obtained Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications approval.
