• The hearing of charges arising out of a fatal accident brought against Perth lorry driver Frazer Banks and Road Services (Scotland) has been adjourned until late January. Banks is charged with dangerous driving and three offences of falsifying tacho charts; the company is charged with using a vehicle with a tacho not fitted according to the regulations.
