Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An extending 28m trailer has been built by NBT of Gronningen in the Netherlands to transport wings for Saab's new 2000 jetprop aircraft from CASA in Seville, Spain to Linkoping in Sweden.

The £185,000 prototype trailer will be hauled by a Scania R143M-450. It has been designed jointly by Saab aircraft engineers, NET and the Roadrunner Haulage Company of Malmo, Sweden.

Its triple section body system is made from GRP/ply sandwich panelling, reinforced with a steel framework, while the steel chassis comprises a trombone-like, twin tubular beam structure. It can be retracted to 19m when empty. The roof and left side of the 4m-high trailer's front and rear sections can be lowered using hydraulics.

From there, the base frame, which holds the aircraft wing and is recessed to accept both engines, tilts outwards through 90* for off-loading.
