At a speed of 5 m.p.h. the Glotrac gives a spread of 7ft, with the advantage that the material is directed downwards, without danger to pedestrians or parked vehicles. The machine is light and manoeuvrable and apart from being used on roads, is ideal for car parks, loading bays, factory perimeters, pavements or pedestrian precincts, says the manufacturer.
