The Transport Tribunal has upheld Western LA Ronald Ashford's decision to refuse a fresh licence to Marlborough, Wilts-based haulier Simon Moore, trading as S&M Trucking. Moore's previous licence was revoked in September 1993 following convictions for driving while disqualified and uninsured on 59 occasions.
