Maurice Henderson, of Fernlee Way, St An es, Carlisle, pleaded guilty to six counts of counselling and procuring drivers to make False tachograph records in April and May 1992. The court was told that Henderson had pleaded guilty on the basis that he had some knowledge of what was happening during journeys in this country. Sentencing was adjourned until after the trial of a director of NE Transport, Niels Eric ChristoFfersen, of Well Road, Moffat, who denies similar offences.
