• September 2011 Operators and transport managers will be provided with information to assist in compliance with the new regulations in an outline format.
• Late September A questionnaire will be sent to all licence holders by the Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC). The OTC will issue new/revised guidance and application forms for licenses.
• Late 2011 Revised Senior Traffic Commissioner Directions and Guidance will be issued.
• 4 December 2011 EC Regulation 1071/2009 comes into force replacing the previous EC Directive.
• Prior to 4 December 2011 UK Regulations will be drafted and finalised.
