Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IT WAS NICE to see a non-chauvinistic and nonsexist boss on Channel 4’s ‘Undercover Boss’ programme last month. Isuzu MD Nikki King (pictured inset) ironed out the problems within her business by meeting her staff, and telling them what she had found out during her stint undercover.

For example: the fact that the itter did not know his company did not handle Isuzu’s recovery, or that a customer should have received an apology in writing. Please be aware these are not criticisms, but rather observations made during the viewing of the programme – which I came across by accident.

I was particularly impressed with the way King rewarded her staff with holidays, driving courses and the opportunity to become dealer principal.

It made my day be cause I, and others like me, have worked for some bosses that have screwed every ounce of energy out of us just to make sure they are alright.

People reading this will understand the kind of b*****ds I am on about. So I congratulate King and wish every success to the people in the programme. Shame the kind of bosses I just mentioned will remain the same.
