Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SUPERMARICETGIANT Tesco is to come face-to-face with angry truck drivers fed up with delays and poor facilities at its regional distribution centres (RDCs).

Transport director Alex Laffey agreed to meet them after Barrie Tozer, the driver behind the www.truckerworld.co.uk website, wrote to Tesco boss Si r Terry Leahy about the supermarket's decision to ban drivers from their cabs while being unloaded.

"I am confident that something will be done as I don't think Tesco has really considered the implications of its new regulations," says Tozer."I want to highlight the problems of evicting drivers from their cabs and showTesco that it needs to provide proper driver facilities.

"I'm also going to ask it to look its turnaround times at RDCs. If key sorted these out they wouldn't even need driver facilities!"

Another driver,Jimmy McArdle, says:-I hope that it is actually going to sit down and talk to drivers. I hope that something positive will come of this andTesco aren't all talk a iid no action."

A spokeswoman for Tesco confirms that the meeting with the drivers will go ahead, adding: "It will be used to discuss the issues that have risen and look at how they might best be resolved."
