Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TNT, the national parcels carrier, is bringing its employees and their families together at the Atherstone hub this Sunday for "a good family day".

Chairman Peter Allsebrook will be among 3,000 people expected to attend. They will be entertained with football matches, bands, displays by suppliers ERF, Leyland and Scania — and a conducted tour of the hub sorting complex.

"It's a public relations exercise within the company," Atherstone engineer Alan Parker said last week. "A lot of people in the company don't know what we do down here. They just think they send parcels to a big hole in the centre of the country." He hoped that better understanding of how the hub works would help day-to-day operations.

Coaches are being laid on at TNT depots throughout Britain, and Mr Parker said as many people as possible are being encouraged to attend. While the day is for employees, people at the depots will be able to invite local customers as well.
