Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VOLVO has introduced a guaranteed parts delivery scheme which applies to the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland).

Under the scheme Volvo promises to supply any part up to the value of £1,000 free of charge if it fails to deliver it to the Volvo dealer within 48 hours of receipt of the emergency order.

However, a number of conditions will have to be met before a Volvo operator can hope to collect free parts. The part must be needed "as a genuine emergency without which the vehicle cannot be operated," and weekends and public holidays are not counted as part of the 48 hours guaranteed time. Vehicles over seven years old are excluded from the scheme and there is a general condition which exempts Volvo from responsibility for "delays due to circumst a n ces beyond Volvo's control."

Also, any vehicle already undergoing a major mechanical or accident repair is excluded from the scheme.
