Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A COMBINED, high volume jetter/sludge tanker supplied to the London Borough of Harrow by Buckingham Vehicles is distinguished by its six-man grp crew cab.

Mounted semi-flexible on the 4 x 2 16-tonne Ford Cargo chassis, the 5mm (0.19in) thick automatically welded cylindrical steel tank holds 5,455 litre (1,200 gal) of clean water for sewer jetting and drain cleaning, plus 1,818 litre (400 gal) of sewage sludge, in its rear compartment.

Access to the clean water compartment is through a 0.53m (21in) vented-top manhole. The two-clamp, inverse dish rear tank door is hydraulically assisted and fitted with a Buckingham safety prop. A fully swivelling, powered jetting hose reel is mounted on the rear door. Pressure water is provided by a splitter box-driven Myers D65 water pump at up to 236 litre/min at 136 bar (52 gpm at 2,000 psi).

Vacuum for sludge loading and pressure for discharge are provided by a belt driven MEC 5000 exhaust-compressor.

Changeover from one to the other is controlled by an integral lever.

Ancillary equipment includes sight glasses for the contents of both tanks, an assortment of jetting nozzles, nozzle vice, flashing warning beacons, visual and audible low-water level warning, and a hot-water hand washing unit.
