"Completion of the M25 will provide a route which will help to reduce the number of national and international commercial vehicles passing through the centre of Lor,idckn or 'the suburbs and will improve the traffic flow over a very large area. We feel it is essential that the M25 orbital motorway is completed as' soon as possible," said Mr Mitchell,
