Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ref -Poles march into Japanese Market" by Steve Gray in CM July 7, 1978. It's not so difficult to know where to mount the spare for pick-ups, for as my photo shows, I have put my spare wheel 'on the roof rack over the cab and its been there for three years now.

It also acts as a ladder bolster, double roof for summer, high seat for outdoor events and extra load space. I was thinking of putting a tool box on each side, but the thought of rattles made me have a custom cover (a la Rover 3000) instead (after photo was taken).

Rack simply is a. DESMO ladder rack (squashed up), two alloy plates on top and underneath the frame, with a two-inch pipe flange, a large bolt put through the lot, finally lock nutted and with a padlock passed through hole in bolt; it's vulnerable as with anything awkward. As for the sticker, you've guessed it, lorry lover and hgv driver.

R. NASH, Maidstone, Kent.
