TWO VEHICLES owned by Davis Haulage (Smethwick) Ltd., were suspended for one month by the West Midland LA this week. In March and April this year inspection of 25 vehicles and 15 trailers yielded eight immediate and 30 delayed.
Vehicle examiner Mr. A. K. Pearce told the court that the standard of repair work was such that he had refused to clear GV9s 25 times when asked by Davis to inspect vehicles.
