Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BEDFORD COMMERCIAL Vehicle Division has won a £7.5m order from the British Ministry of Defence for 500 Bedford lorries.

The vehicles are four-tonne payload M-type go-anywhere vehicles. This order follows two previous ones placed last year and earlier this year for around 700 Bedford TM 4-4 and M type vehicles worth about £12m.

The four-wheel drive vehicles make up the majority of the British armed forces eight and four-tonne fleets.

Production of the latest orders started at the Dunstable plant at the end of September.
