Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DRICES have been announced for the

Ford Transit range of vans described on pages 72-78 of this issue. In standard form and with petrol engine, the basic prices are as follows: 600 (12 cwt.), £542; 850 (17 cwt.), £552; 1100 (22 cwt.), £582; 1250 (25 cwt.), £792; 1500 (30 cwt.), £817; 1750 (35 cwt.), £857.

The 600, 850 and 1100 are short-wheelbase models and the Custom versions of these cost £45 more, whilst the increase is £30 in the case of the other three vans. The standard chassis/cab versions are £30 less in the short-wheelbase, but £135 less for the 1250, 1500 and 1750 models.

For the Custom chassis/cab the differences are £35 and £140 less respectively than the complete Custom vans. The standard 12-seater bus (model 1100) costs £697 and the 15-seater (1250) costs £927. The Custom versions are £80 and £70 more respectively. A diesel-engine option adds £20 to the price.
