• Family haulage firm GA Stamper has sold off off its entire fleet to concentrate on warehousing. The company has been involved with haulage since the 1950s.
The Penrith, Cumbria-based firm, which is run by a mother and daughter team, was primarily involved in carrying milk and dairy products.
Its fleet of trucks and tank trailers was put up for auction at the firm's premises last weekend; all the drivers are said to have found new jobs
