• Overnight delivery specialist, Elan International, has appointed Gareth Towers as UK Marketing Manager.
Towers' arrival at Elan completes a series of recent appointments which has seen the formation of a new team within Elan's Marketing Department to accommodate the growth of its European business.
Towers previously spent 11 years with Austin Rover and has been Austin Cars National Advertising Manager for the last four years.
"The move to Elan is a new departure for me, but one I am looking forward to," says Mr Towers. "Elan is still a young company which has grown tremendously over the past three years. I will be playing my part in meeting the challenge of sustaining that growth in the future."
Towers will report to Peter Martin who, as Elan's European Marketing Director has overall responsibility for ELAN's marketing activity.
