Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE multi-purpose semi-trailer pictured here, just supplied to A. S. Jones and Co. Ltd., Liverpool, by Rippon Bros. of Speke, has folding insulated side panels and can be used to carry packaged goods or liquids in bulk, or a mixed traffic. The panels can be arranged to form three box compartments or two unequal-sized compartments, or the two foremost panels can be folded against the headboard while the rearmost panels are folded flat against the tailboard.

To transport liquids, two Marston Excelsior Portolite rubber tanks are c22 carried, of 2,100-gal. and 3,250-gal. capacity; stowage for these when not in use is provided in the bow front and in a tail compartment (right), behind which a U.S. Industries hydraulic tail-lift is fitted.

The body, built by Holmes of Preston Ltd., has a platform 26 ft. by 7 ft. 6 in. and the complete outfit, with collapsible tanks, weighs under 10 tons; a payload capacity of over 13 tons is quoted.
