THE agency in Irak for Leyland passenger vehicles has been taken over by the Middle East Development Co., Ltd., 442-A-1 Rashid Street, Baghdad. Mr. R. J. Sumner, A.M.I.Mech.E., who until recently held a senior appointment in the Leyland export division as regional manager
covering Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, is the chief technical executive of the new company.
I. J. Saad et Fils will continue to handle sales of Leyland goods vehicles and industrial engines in Irak.
