United Dominions Trust, Ltd., and the Road Haulage Association to finance the purchase of transport units has now been registered. Its title is Transport Unit Finance, Ltd., and its capital is £100 in £1 shares.
The three directors nominated by the R.H.A. are Mr. C. W. H. Sparrow, Mr. I. S. F. Pollitzer and Mr. J. Barrie. Mr. Sparrow and Mr. Pollitzer 1.17e chairman and vice-chairman respectively of the Association's finance committee, and Mr. Barrie, who represents Scotland, is a national vice-chairman of the R.H.A.
Three directors have been appointed also by U.D.T., but their names have not yet been divulged.
