By Our Parliamentary Correspondent WHILE the House of Commons debated a motion of censure on the " Government, arising out of the use of the guillotine pn the discussion
of the Lords' amendments to the Transport Bill, the House of Lords, on Tuesday, formally approved the two amendments to their amendments which were made in the Commons.
The Royal Commission which had been expected to sit on Tuesday did not do so, consequently the Bill did not .receive the Royal Assent that day. This was expected later in the week. I Lord Lucas said at Southsea, last Saturday, that the Royal Assent would be granted on Wednesday.]
