Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AT a meeting of the Council of the National Conference of Road Transport Clearing Houses, held on April 14, it war decided that the members of this body should be asked to report to the secretary their experiences as to the working of the National Pool throughout the country.

On the basis of the information supplied by members, the Conference will be in a position to make representations to the Ministry regarding any matters which are not working satisfactorily. It would appear, for instance, that there is lack of uniformity in the methods adopted by the Pool management in the different areas, although the regulations laid down by the Ministry are clearly intended to apply universally. No doubt all members will have instances of faults which have come to their notice. The secret a ry of the N.C.R.T.C.H. will be obliged, therefore, if operators will, at their convenience, forward any observations they may have to make, backed by specific examples of the points raised.
