VEHICLE SYSTEMS Engineering, the suspension conversion specialist based in Hackne' Wick, East London, has gone into liquidation.
This follows an assume( trading loss of .C.88,000 since November 1984, most of which is said to I) owed by one former suspension supplier.
With the backing of several of VSE's creditors a new company, Open Beam Engineering, has bought the working assets and formally established itself in the same premises It is continuing to process outstanding orders and will honour existing warranties.
