Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WANT to enter road haulage through the young driver training scheme, but I am finding nothing but obstacles in my path. Without any success I have written to those who administer the scheme.

Are operators aware that they can train young drivers with grant aid from the Government? It seems not, if my experience is anything to go by.

I have started training myself in sheeting and roping. Of course, that is where it must .stop until I can organise driving tuition, and cannot, at my age, afford to pay for a course.

I am anxious to enter the industry now and would appreciate somebody taking an interest in my ambition. Perhaps one of your readers will think it worthwhile to contact rtie.

In the meantime, many happy returns for CM's 75th birthday.
