Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TW0 new vans based on Austin and Morris FG K30 (1.5-ton) and FG IC40 (2-ton) chassis, and having easyaccess features have been announced. They are the Multi Stop Thruway van, manufactured by H.C.B. Engineering Ltd., Totton, Southampton, and the TrWay delivery van built by Appleyard of Leeds Ltd., North Street, Leeds, 7.

The H.C.B. body is built on the FG K40 chassis from four pre-assembled sections (two sides, the roof and the floor) and four doors and is of all-steel construction except for reinforced plastics mouldings used around the cab. Sliding doors at both sides give access to the van and to the driver's area and a swivelling driver's seat is fitted. The seat locks automatically in the driving position, being released by a lever. Capacity is 350 cu. ft., floor length from behind the driver's seat is 11 ft. 6 in. and laden height is 8 ft. 4 in. (giving 5 ft. 9 in. interior headroom).

TheTr-way delivery van can be mounted on either the FG K30 or FG K40 chassis and has hardwood frame with light alloy exterior panels. The roof is of reinforced plastics and the floor resin-bonded plywood. The interior sides are fitted with softwood protection slats and the design also incorporates sliding doors to give access to the driving compartment and the van body. The larger unit has a capacity of 431 Cu. ft.

Both bodies have B.M.C. approval and details of a third model of the same type, manufactured by Mann Egerton Ltd., which has also been approved, will be announced at a later date_
